Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of DAMAC Logistics ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Description

DAMAC Logistics provides international freight forwarding, customs clearance, specialized transport, and related logistics services. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Our core services include:

• Freight forwarding (sea, air, and land transport)
• Customs clearance and documentation processing
• Specialized transport and heavy equipment
• LCL (Less-than-Container-Load) services and consolidation
• Permits and regulatory compliance

Service Conditions

All services are provided subject to the following conditions:

• Subject to availability and operational capacity
• Pending customs clearance and regulatory approvals
• In accordance with applicable industry standards
• With reservation of the right to refuse service
• Subject to agreed rates and charges

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete shipment information
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing required documentation in a timely manner
• Paying all agreed fees and costs
• Insuring goods and obtaining necessary permits
• Reporting any dangerous or restricted materials

Liability and Limitations

Our liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the specific services rendered. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, special, or indirect damages.

Insurance and Risk

We strongly recommend that clients obtain comprehensive cargo insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage unless due to our direct negligence.

Payment Terms

Payment terms:

• Payment is due according to agreed credit terms
• Late fees may be imposed on overdue payments
• All fees and taxes are additional unless otherwise stated
• Accepted currencies are Egyptian Pound, US Dollar, and Euro
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our website and in our services are owned by or licensed to DAMAC Logistics and are protected by copyright laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate services immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with Egyptian arbitration rules.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
